Processing of personal data

TIMET, JSC, 223053, Republic of Belarus, Minsk district, pos. Borovlyany, 40 Let Pobedy st., 22-28a (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), when using all feedback forms of the site, the following personal data of the User is processed:

  • company name;
  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • contact information (phone number, email address);
  • company address.

    Personal data is used by the Operator for the following purposes:

  • response to the User’s request by sending emails or through instant messengers Telegram, WatsApp, Viber, etc.;
  • answer to the User’s request via a telephone call;
  • providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.

    List of actions with personal data, to which the consent of the subject of personal data is given: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, provision, deletion of personal data.

    The processing of received personal data by the Operator will be carried out using automation tools for 3 years.

    Personal data of the Chat User will be processed for the purposes determined by the Operator and cannot be transferred to third parties.

    If the User refuses to familiarize himself with the information about the processing of personal data and/or refuses to provide consent to the processing of personal data, the use of feedback forms will not be possible.

    The user has the following rights:

  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time without giving reasons;
  • to receive information from the Operator regarding the processing of your personal data, and to make changes to your personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
  • receive information from the Operator about providing your personal data to third parties;
  • demand from the Operator to stop processing their personal data, including their deletion, if there are no grounds for processing personal data;
  • to exercise the rights listed above, submit an application to the Operator in writing or in the form of an electronic document in the manner established by Article 14 of Law No. 99-Z dated 05/07/2021.
  • appeal against the actions (inaction) and decisions of the Operator that violate his rights when processing personal data to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects in the manner established by the legislation on appeals from citizens and legal entities.
